Most independent hospitality businesses in India rely on OTAs like Booking.com and MakeMyTrip for the majority of their bookings — and pay 15–25% commission on every one. Farvigo builds the direct-booking infrastructure that lets a property take that guest relationship back: a fast, custom-designed website, an online booking and payment engine, and an AI voice/WhatsApp receptionist that answers guest questions around the clock.

Meet the Founder

Farvigo is built and run by Chintamani Jaipuri, who spent years travelling through Himachal, Uttarakhand, and small hill towns across India — staying in homestays and boutique properties exactly like the ones Farvigo now builds for — before starting the company to fix the OTA-commission problem he kept hearing about firsthand.
