Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your project. This policy outlines how refunds are handled.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any work has started, your build fee is fully refundable minus any payment processing fees.

After Work Has Begun

Once work has started, refunds are calculated based on work completed at the time of cancellation, at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

Completed Projects

Once a project is delivered and approved by the client, it is considered final and not eligible for a refund.

Monthly Plan

You can cancel your monthly plan anytime from your bank or UPI app. Cancelling stops all future charges. A month that has already been billed is not refunded, and the monthly work continues until the end of that month.

Domain Fees

Domain registration fees (billed at registrar cost, no markup) are non-refundable once the domain has been purchased, as this cost is paid directly to the domain registrar and cannot be recovered.
