By engaging Farvigo for website development, AI automation, or related services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Farvigo provides custom website design, development, booking system integration, AI automation, CRM setup, and local SEO services for hospitality businesses, as agreed in each project's scope.

Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided at project start but may vary based on scope changes, client response time, and third-party integrations.

Payment

Essential, Starter and Growth are billed as a one-time build fee plus a monthly plan, as described below. For custom and multi-property projects, payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment) are agreed upon per project before work begins.

Build Fee and Monthly Plan

Essential, Starter and Growth plans have two parts. A one-time build fee is paid before your website or booking engine is built. A monthly plan is then activated, billed automatically each month via UPI Autopay, card, or eNACH mandate. The monthly plan covers hosting, security and updates; Starter and Growth also include ongoing work on your Google Business Profile, guest review requests, and a monthly enquiries and visibility report (Growth adds the extra monthly work listed on our pricing page). There is no free trial.

You can cancel the monthly plan anytime from your bank or UPI app, with no lock-in contract. Cancelling stops future charges and the monthly work. Essential and Starter sites can be handed over to your own hosting on request; for a Growth booking engine, the handover is agreed with you.

Domains

Domains are registered in the client's own name and account, not Farvigo's. Standard domains (.com/.in) are billed to the client at registrar cost with no markup, charged annually for both the first year and every renewal. Domains priced above ₹3,000/year — checked against whichever is higher, the purchase price or the standard renewal price — are treated as premium and quoted to the client separately before purchase.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely content, feedback, and access to any required accounts (domain, hosting, business profiles) needed to complete the project.

Limitation of Liability

Farvigo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the delivered website or systems.
